With more than 25 years of experience serving government contractors, Leigh‑Ann brings nationally recognized expertise in enterprise software strategy, financial systems optimization, and large‑scale technology transformation.
A veteran of the GovCon industry, Leigh‑Ann spent over two decades at Deltek, where she collaborated directly with more than 250 project‑based organizations. Her career at Deltek spanned leadership roles across solution architecture, pre‑sales engineering, and GovCon partnerships. She led high‑performing teams responsible for guiding customers through complex financial system transitions, designing compliant architectures, and shaping best‑in‑class adoption strategies. Her work helped establish and elevate the Solution Architect discipline within Deltek, while also driving significant partner‑program growth and strengthening relationships across the GovCon ecosystem.
Prior to joining BlueStreet, Leigh‑Ann served as Principal of GALAXZY Consulting LLC, supporting government contractors with business process improvement, solution design, and business development. She previously held senior finance and administration roles within the research and nonprofit sectors, giving her a uniquely well‑rounded perspective on the operational, regulatory, and technology needs of project‑driven organizations.
In her new role at BlueStreet Solutions, Leigh‑Ann will lead the Professional Services division, expanding the company’s Costpoint and financial‑systems consulting capabilities and advancing BlueStreet’s mission to deliver exceptional expertise to government contractors navigating critical operational, compliance, and technology challenges.
